Well it has been a long time since I've posted, been really busy with roller derby! But I finally got to do some shooting a few days ago with a friend whose was wanting to try something new and not her usual pin-ups. Thanks for all the favorites and comments! June 13th 2009 marked the first home bout for the Radioactive City Roller Girls. RCRG-The Atomics Vs. The Lafeyette Brawlin' Dolls. The Atomics kicked arse and took names! It was great! I posted pics on here of the bout. My first real go at sports photography, so if anyone has any tips please don't be afraid to comment. All I know is I can't wait for the next bout which is July 3rd against R.O.C.K. in Lexington, Ky. I would love to go but my travel funds are limited. The next home bout isn't until September 19th, four days before my birthday! So everyone here can check them out, here are links to their sites:

Support Your Local Roller Girls!

So lets see what am I gonna to say. I got my new lens, a Canon EF 70-200 4L IS. IT'S AMAZING! My first "L" series. More good news, my grandmother came home from the hospital Thursday afternoon. She is doing very good. Oh Yeah! I need to come up with about $300 before the end of the month because my friends and I are planning to go to Indianapolis to spend a week and maybe hit up Warped Tour! My friend has family and friends there so lodging is free! I'm selling 3 of my lenses that I don't use. EF-S 18-55 IS, EF 28-90, and EF 75-300. All Canon, all in great condition.
